Who we are
This website and the club are run by RAPTURE BANGKOK COMPANY LIMITED, 119/1-2 Soi Sukhumvit 55 (Thong Lo), Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110.
Entry
Guests must be 20 or over and carry valid photo ID. The club may refuse entry at the door.
Tickets
An entry ticket is valid for one person on the date shown on it and cannot be transferred. Prices are in Thai baht: THB 600 on weekdays and THB 800 on weekends.
Table bookings
A table booking counts once our team has confirmed it. The minimum spend for your table is confirmed with you when you book.
Payment
When online payment is available, it is handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
Changes
Themes, DJs and hours can change. If we cancel a night, the refund policy below applies.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

การเข้าใช้บริการ
ผู้เข้าใช้บริการต้องมีอายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป และต้องแสดงบัตรที่มีรูปถ่าย ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการเข้าใช้บริการ
บัตรเข้างาน
บัตรหนึ่งใบใช้ได้หนึ่งคน ในวันที่ระบุบนบัตร และโอนให้ผู้อื่นไม่ได้ ราคาเป็นเงินบาท วันธรรมดา 600 บาท วันสุดสัปดาห์ 800 บาท
การจองโต๊ะ
การจองจะสมบูรณ์เมื่อทีมงานยืนยันแล้ว และทีมงานจะแจ้งยอดใช้จ่ายขั้นต่ำของโต๊ะให้ทราบตอนจอง
การชำระเงิน
เมื่อเปิดให้ชำระเงินออนไลน์ ระบบจะดำเนินการผ่านผู้ให้บริการรับชำระเงินของเรา เราไม่เห็นและไม่เก็บหมายเลขบัตรเต็มของคุณ
การเปลี่ยนแปลง
ธีม ดีเจ และเวลาเปิดอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ หากเรายกเลิกคืนใด จะใช้นโยบายการคืนเงินด้านล่าง

Refund policy
Entry tickets
Tickets are not refundable once bought, unless we cancel the night.
If we cancel
You get a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Table bookings
If a table needs a deposit, we tell you the amount and the refund terms before you pay.
Wrong or double charge
Email us with your booking details. We will check it and refund any amount charged by mistake.

บัตรเข้างาน
ซื้อบัตรแล้วไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ ยกเว้นกรณีที่เรายกเลิกคืนนั้น
กรณีที่เรายกเลิก
เราจะคืนเงินเต็มจำนวนผ่านช่องทางที่คุณชำระเงินไว้ ภายใน 14 วัน
การจองโต๊ะ
หากโต๊ะใดต้องวางมัดจำ เราจะแจ้งยอดและเงื่อนไขการคืนเงินให้ทราบก่อนชำระเงิน
เรียกเก็บเงินผิดหรือซ้ำ
อีเมลแจ้งเราพร้อมรายละเอียดการจอง เราจะตรวจสอบและคืนยอดที่เรียกเก็บผิดให้

Who is responsible
RAPTURE BANGKOK COMPANY LIMITED is the data controller under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
When you book or buy: your name, phone number, email, LINE display name, and your booking and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment provider.
Why we use it
To confirm and manage bookings, process payments and refunds, keep accounting records and meet our legal duties.
Marketing
We only send news or promotions if you have agreed to receive them. You can withdraw that at any time.
Who we share it with
Only companies that help us run bookings and payments, such as our payment provider, LINE and our hosting provider, and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it for the reasons above and as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to how we use it, and withdraw consent. You can also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
This website
This website has no forms and no advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers your language choice in your own browser.
